Daily Paperwork Pro

Two apps.
All your site documentation.

Toolbox talks, FLHAs, timesheets, daily reports — one low price per supervisor covers your site. Your crew signs in free.

Your crew pays nothing. Workers and sub-trades use both apps free — they just scan a QR code. No accounts, no app to download, no cost to them.

App 1 · Safety

Safety Assistant Pro

“Your paperwork made easy.”

A full crew in hard hats and hi-vis gathered for a morning toolbox talk on site

Toolbox talks, FLHAs, and hazard assessments — written up in minutes, in plain text that copies straight into the site documentation you already use.

  • 80 toolbox talks covering every trade and industry, each with ready-to-use topic, hazard, and correction blocks.
  • Add your own toolbox talks — if a topic isn't in the library, create it and keep it in your list.
  • More than one way in — text the FLHA link, scan the posted code, photograph it for later, or fill it offline and let it send when signal returns.
  • Trade selector — pick your trade and get the talks that fit your crew.
  • FLHA builder — one simple Task / Hazard / Control row per task, done before the crew finishes coffee.
  • Sub-trade hazard assessments for the trades working under you.
  • 10 printable safety signs for the trailer, the gate, and the work areas.
  • Save as a printable file — every talk and assessment can go straight into the job file.
  • Works without signal. Hand an FLHA to a foreman with an invite code — he can review, edit, and sign it offline, and it files itself when signal returns.

App 2 · Daily paperwork

Daily Paperwork Assistant Pro

Timesheets and daily reports that build themselves

A site supervisor in a hard hat and hi-vis vest checking his phone on site

Timesheets and daily reports that build themselves. Your crew checks in and out with QR codes, and the day's paperwork is waiting for you — not the other way around.

  • QR check-in. A worker scans the code at the gate and that one scan starts their timesheet and the site log.
  • Six printable QR codes per job on one posted sheet: site check-in, trade logout, worker logout + timesheet, worker FLHA, trade FLHA, and site orientation.
  • Travel time counts itself. Checking into a second site closes the first one automatically, and the gap in between is logged as travel.
  • End-of-day chime goes only to the workers still checked in on your site — and if someone forgets to check out, an automatic prompt sorts it out and flags it for your review.
  • End-of-day report compiles itself: workers, trades, in and out times, hours per site, and travel time — plus your own notes.
  • End-of-week report with daily and weekly totals, and room for milestones, delays, and next week's plan.
  • Works offline. Scans queue on the phone and send themselves when signal or Wi-Fi comes back.

How crew check-in works

The part your crew has to learn takes about ten seconds — because there's nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and nothing for them to pay.

01

Print the codes

Every job gets six QR codes on one posted sheet — site check-in, trade logout, worker logout, worker FLHA, trade FLHA, and site orientation. Print them and post them at the gate and in the trailer.

02

Crew scans in and out

A worker points a phone camera at the code. That's it — their timesheet and the site log start and stop with the scans. Works with no signal, too.

03

Reports build themselves

Hours, travel time between sites, and who's on site land in your end-of-day and end-of-week reports automatically. You add your notes and you're done.

One price. Both apps.

One price covers your whole site — you, your entire crew, and every trade on it. Sign in and out tracking, automatic timesheets, quick FLHAs, plus trade and manpower tracking are all included. Both apps come together — pick a billing period; longer terms cost less.

Two apps. All your site documentation.

Built by a man who's still on the tools

Daily Paperwork Pro was built by Carey Reykdal, a Red Seal journeyman carpenter and site manager in Calgary with more than 40 years in construction.

After decades of running sites all day and doing safety forms, timesheets, and daily reports at night, he got tired of the paperwork grind — so he built the tools he always wished he'd had. These apps weren't designed in an office tower. They come straight off a working job site, and every feature answers a real problem: a talk you need at 6 a.m., a crew that won't download an app, a report that's due before you leave the gate.

“I did not build these apps from a business plan. I built them from forty years on site. Coming up, a supervisor was expected to do the work of multiple trades himself and still carry all the paperwork: the daily logs, the RFIs, the CCNs, and the full safety file, and still do more. That is why these apps are set up the way they are. One place holds every trade's paperwork, the trades and crew file their own records instead of it all landing on the supervisor, and the reports compile themselves. They are built to give back the time the paperwork eats.”
